Lalime uses third-party AI services and models to analyze PC issues and propose or request troubleshooting steps. When you start a repair session, relevant session data may be processed through OpenRouter and by the inference provider serving the selected model, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our use of these models and services is subject to the applicable provider terms and policies linked below. You may not use Lalime in a manner that would cause LLime or you to violate those applicable terms.

The developer links above identify general policies published by the organization behind each model. A model developer is not necessarily the inference provider that processes a particular Lalime request. When another provider hosts the model, that provider's applicable terms and privacy policy may also govern the routed use.
Model Selection and Testing
Lalime uses the listed models interchangeably for repair analysis and tool selection. We may select different models for different sessions as part of A/B testing. The model used for a session may therefore vary.
All current model requests are routed through OpenRouter. OpenRouter may serve a selected model through the model developer or through another inference provider. Because Lalime permits dynamic routing among eligible endpoints, no single inference host is fixed for each model. The specific inference provider may change based on OpenRouter's routing and availability. OpenRouter publishes its current identity, terms, privacy policy, and data-handling information in its provider data policies.
Zero Data Retention
LLime configures OpenRouter model requests to use only endpoints that OpenRouter identifies as Zero Data Retention. Zero Data Retention means that the inference provider does not retain prompt or response content after processing. It does not eliminate the transmission and processing needed to generate a response. OpenRouter may retain non-content operational metadata and permits transient in-memory caching under its data collection and Zero Data Retention policies.
This restriction applies to model-inference routing. Other Lalime features and data follow the retention periods in our Privacy Policy, including the separate retention terms for web search results.
Changes to Models or Providers
We may add, remove, or change models and inference providers as our testing and service needs evolve. We will update this page and revise the date above when the current model list or these disclosures change.
